Let’s Cook with Kikkoman

Ingredients (for 2 portions)


Chicken thigh fillet (Cut into cubes) – 250g
Leeks(Cut into 3cm length) – 1 stalk
Kikkoman Yakitori Sauce – 3 Tbsp

INSTRUCTION


  1. Insert the chicken with the leeks into the skewer.
  2. Marinade skewers with the sauce for about 20 minutes.
  3. Grill each side of the skewer on a pan until it is cooked thoroughly.
  4. Brush the sauce on each side to caramelize the sauce.
  5. Serve on a plate.

(A) Kikkoman Soy Sauce – 2 tbsps
(A) Mirin – 2 tbsps
(A)Rice Wine – 1 tbsps
(A) Ginger (Grated) – 1 tsp
(A) Garlic (Grated) – 1 tsp
(B) All purpose flour – 2 tbsps
(B) Cornstarch – 2 tbsps
Vegetable oil for deep-frying

INSTRUCTION


  1. Clean the chicken thigh fillet.
  2. Mix (A), then marinate the chicken for 1 hour.
  3. Heat oil in a pot.
  4. Coat chicken with (B)
  5. Fry for about 5 – 8 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
