    Beetroot Juice may help with management of blood pressure8. This is due to the presence of nitrates in beetroot which are converted into nitric oxide in our body. Nitric oxide dilates blood vessels which, in turn, improves blood flow and lowers blood pressure. The potassium contained in Beetroot Juice also helps to manage blood pressure.
